This application is meant to be used as a feelgood tool to help you lift your spirits on a day to day basis. It offers the possibility to educate yourself on postnatal depression, to use a diary to register positive feelings and to create a list of allies you can reach out to when in need.

EducateMe: A short description of postnatal depression, the symptoms, causes and treatment options is offered along with a list of external references and a quick assessment tool.

Diary: An important step towards getting better is improving your daily life. This part of the application offers the possibility to register positive emotions about yourself, the people around you and your interactions. By trying to come up with something positive for each day, you learn to appreciate the small joys of life. Moreover, a daily challenge is described, which is meant to urge you to take steps in making your routines better and more tolerable.

Allies: Create a list of allies who you can reach out to in moments of need. Send them an email to educate them on postnatal depression or to ask for help when you are most vulnerable.
